Cant access on line banking

Hello,
up untill the past week i have always been able to connect to my internet banking, just lately i cant the pages just wont load ive spoken to bank they say its fine. but ive used next doors comp and can get it straight away she uses the same isp as myself.
i can acess every other site except this, any ideas not very techno

Hello

Download and install CCleaner.

Use CCleaner for both deleting temp files and cookies and also for the registry cleaning.

Try to access your bank.

Hi thank you I did this but still can't get on the site. Up until last week it was fine. So frustrating. But thank you for your help

No it just continues to try loading then sometimes I can get to the first page and nothing else. The bank wasn't much help and my ISP did loads of tests

Do you get an error message when you attempt to access?

Oh I've just tried it and I can get on. Maybe it just took a while to do something I don't know but it works now. Your help is much appreciated ty so much
