Try this 1
Reinstall your Bluetooth driver. You can download the driver from the
manufacture's website. Click on the below hyperlink "Drivers" and
follow the instructions.
Drivers
Select your "Operating System" --> Under "Category", select "Network"
and download the Bluetooth driver.
