windows shutting down message Closed

Hello,
I am asking for your help because I downloaded a windows game on my computer after doing so the message was it needed to shuyt down then right after the message it said windows is shutting down now I cant turn the system off or anything and my computer is still running can you please help me with this problem

hi,
press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds.
this will shut it down.
then try to turn it on again.
