Sound devices missing

Hello,
My pc also shows no audio devices found. Shows the red x on the speaker in the bottom right corner. Tried to fix it in the services menu. Tried almost everything. Device management/device manager/ sounds,video and game controllers does not show any more. What do I do... I don't wanna re-do windows again

do you have your audio driver?
do you know how to take a snapshot of your device manager and show it to us like this one:
I just wanna know it your device have been un-installed or disabled so that we can re-install it or enable it.
