Hello,
Try this 1
Check the "Sounds and Audio Devices" option in Control Panel. Make
sure that volume is not in mute.
Let us know if there is any error message that it being displayed
when playing any audio file. Also, click on Start --> Run --> Type
devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Is there any yellow mark?
