Cannot get into my yahoo email account forgotten my password

Hello,
I cannot get into my yahoo email account as I have forgotten my password. The a tel no on the account is not longer in use. The email address on the account is no longer in use.
I now have a different email address is deleted by moderator and my mobile telephone no is deleted by moderator.
Please help I have urgent messages on this account.
