H, P, Backspace are not working at all

Hello, I have Asus X450LD laptop and on keyboard with any programm h,p,backspace are not working I tried all recommendations the sticky keys, filter keys are OFF, I tried to shut down and take away the battery hold on 30seconds pressing the power and nothing happened. They are not working at all, there is nothing by physical just software I am sure!
Please help, I can't sleeep

I'm sure it a hardware issue. Can you test with an external USB keyboard?

Hi, I have found external usb keyboard, everything is working but tried many ways to fix the problem nothing worked, still h,p,backspace are not working at all! Please help, I can't sleep at all!

I do not understand. Do the h,p and backspace keys work on the USB keyboard?

Yes, on the USB keyboard they are working !

The you need to replace the internal keyboard.
