Hi, snehal.
I'd recommend that you try the USB flash drive with another computer to see if the same thing happens. Do you want to recover any data or you just want to make it work?
If you want to recover data, then I'd recommend that you try accessing it via Linux Live CD/USB or try some of the data recovery tools from this thread here: https://www.tomshardware.com/
If you don't want to recover any data you could just try to reformat it via Disk Management (if it's recognized there) or try some of the formatting tools, which some of the manufacturers offer for their devices.
