I do need help from people to regain my Facebook account.

Hello,
I can't log into my Facebook account. After I sent Facebook my ID passport, Facebook gives me this:

To help keep your Facebook account secure, we'll take you through a few steps to change your password and make sure any recent changes to your account came from you.

Please kindly help me how and what to do next. Or do I have to wait for any reply from FacebooK?
