Laptop wont turn on

Hello,

I plugged in my phone using a usb to the laptop's usb port. It didn't read so I unplugged it and the laptop suddenly turned off. I tried turning it on again but it won't anymore. Huhu plss help meee... :'(

Hi Mel,

Are you using you laptop with the power cable plugged in? I recommend you to disconnect the power cable and remove battery. Hold the power button for 20 seconds and try starting it again. Are the LEDs turned on when you connect the power cable?

Hi! I didn't because I just had the battery fully charged. I was using it for hours and I noticed that it was half full/empty before I unplugged the phone and the system directly shut down. The laptop has a built in battery.
