Problem with login

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging in to my Acer Switch 10. I have seem to have lost my login box for my password. Can anyone help?

Hi Alan,
Did you say that you dont have the login box to enter into your laptop?... but what it shows then?

That's right no login box all it has is my email address and the rest of the screen is blank

How you got email address in laptop username screen?...
did you able to get into bios?

I need to log in to get into computer. It usually appears on screen with email address the login box underneath. I can't login into computer without login box
