Hello,
my WD passport drive cant see at My Computer and also didnt see it at disk management. how to fix it?

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.

Hi Eric,
I recommend you to follow the steps provided by Ambucias. Try the device with another USB cable.
From the link below you can find some drivers updates. Search yout My Passport model and download the latest drivers. When you connect the drive, can you see the LED turned on?
