Excel master list

Hello,
I will be creating a spreadsheet with lots of text data, addresses, phone numbers, names, ect. I have all the data set up in rows so I will just move left to right with my entries. I am trying to also create a rule or macro to generate a new sheet or file for every row entries. I would also like these new files to be constantly updated as data changes. Should I be creating a database instead? Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou
