Computer is starting up and then it reboots

Hello,
my name is eric my computer starts up and then when it gets to the point were it gets ready to sing in it reboots itself and keeps doing it over and over how do i fix that i need help plz

beczzzzzzzz ur computer is infected with a virus
trojon and system folder RECYCLER
connect ur hard drive other computer and scan with updated antyvirus

you are being infected by a virus...to make your system clean and fresh...re format it and install antivirus before plugging in any storage device or media
