Need help for boot device.

Hello,
My PC was working fine but when I opened it two days before and it was not working. I am not getting what is the problem.
It is giving me these lines:

no boot device available.
Strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility, press F5to run onboard diagnostics.

What should I do? please guide me. I badly need my PC to be in a working condition.

It appears that you hard disk has failed and needs to be replaced. I suggest you have a local repair shop do the work.

Hello ,
check your Hard disk it might be loose power cable or SATA/IDE connection..
