Hello manu,
Let move the Recycle bin icon somewhere else in desktop and start your pc...
See again it got highlighted on startup if yes then your R key may be assumed as press by your pc..
Also you 6 key..
You might need trained technician to repair your laptop keyboard..
Otherwise use external keyboard..
