Hello,
Don't give your phone number and your e-mail...
On the other hand, what's the brand and the model of your pc?
But you can try to go on this site, then click on "Lancer la detection" , then "installer le plugin", allow your browser to install that plugin: it will be asked you to restart your browser.
After that click again on "lancer la detection": all your available drivers will be linked in blue.
Download them and install them.(eventually restart your computer)
And when you'll get time, make the updates of Windows.
Tell me if that works...
