As I said above - If you've done a restore then you've wiped everything.
You'll have to sync your iPod with your music again on the computer. If the music isn't on that computer, it won't synchronised it.
make sure from iTunes that you select the music you want to sync from the music tab.

It states if you do a restore it will erase all data.
if you synced your iPod with computer A and then go to sync again on computer B, it will not find the music on computer A and remove it from your device and sync the songs from computer B.
