Yesterday, I was using the computer and it was running on low battery, then the screen started to get black and the computer was going to auto shut down (means that the battery level is 0%) so I got mad and ejected the pc battery..
Today when I started the computer, the Dell loading screen shows up, then it disappears and the screen becomes blank for 1,5 seconds and the computer restarts, this keeps happening forever unless i shut it down manually.
I was afraid my hdd was accidentally broken so I started the computer again, pressed F12 to enter the pc setup and selected diagnostics, the diagnostic test run fine and the hdd was detected, it does also show up that the os boot path (or something like that) is fine..
Any idea ?
EDIT: i tried to connect my HDD to another computer using a cable, it does not even show ..

Solved using windows live DVD!
Note: when the windows boot is damaged, you can't read the hdd from any other computer or device, i don't know why but the most important thing is that my HDD is now solved using windows installation disk!

You might need to do Windows repair.

What version of Windows do you have?
Do you have the Windows install CD/DVD?
