My western digital hard drive is not recognised by Pc

Hello,

l have a problem with my western digital 2 tb (WD elements). MY pc doesnt recogn?se it and l tried different laptops to solve problem but problem still go on.its light is on but there is no sounds coming out.Seems like it doesnt run.a few days ago pc ask for format to WD and l cancelled it to keep my data and after that, My western digital hard drive has not recognised by Pc.l checked disk manager and there is no wd element. l looked up many webs?te to find similar problems and solution and l have still not found one.Could you plz help me to solve that problem.

sounds like failed hard disk..
Whether it is recognized in BIOS..?

l dont know how to check it in Bios and where l should look at ?

press continuously Del key or F2 or F12
Depending upon the manufacturer immediately after switch on the computer

l check it in Bios and in boot option , in hardware part , there is no wd element device.if it is a device failure ,how can l solve it? and l touch device and it gives vibration and something in it seems lke running.

It is external one?...
what about device manager?...not disk management( both are different)
computer(right click)-->manage-->device manager.

YES, it is external one.l check device manager and disc drivers but result is same , no wd element driver.
