can you give me an advice how to trouble shoot my computer (netbook) i've done all my best but still the problem exist the system system starts almost an hour before using my computer

You didn't tell us what is the problem first and explain the system specs!

everytime i have connections (before the problem exist) updating windows there is a notification appearing that my computer's hard drive has a problem and i just ignoring it because it starts always normally and fast till the time i opened it and wont started anymore ,,,, the windows will start but it takes time and all of application is not responding,, the computer is 150gb and 1 gb ram

First of all backup all your files in any external source...
RUn Malwarebytes in your pc..
Test the hard disk as procedure explain here

and i have a friend his computer was reformatted ,,, he just want know how to erase the old windows?

we unable to erase the windows in hard disk which is active..
If you have a pc(desktop) connect the hard disk which is to be formatted as a secondary hard disk..
Go to my computer-->right click-->manage-->disk management-->right click the secondary hard disk which is to be formatted(the drive which contain windows)-->select format.
