Pc crashed

Hello, my laptop has not been working for approximately 3 weeks it apparently crashed and with only move from the starting windows screen to a black screen with a cursor can you please help me???

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
