I am getting same startup window repetedly what shall I do ?

Hello,
I am user of window 7 home basic. and I encounter a problem that I am getting same startup window unlimited times.So i am unable to format it only i am getting F2 and F12 option in the starting and then it again startup unlimted time.I am getting same issue from last three days.Can you guys help me out .What I should do to get all my stuff safely?

This requires you to run a startup repair from the Windows DVD or Windows 7 Repair disk.
You can find a ISO version of the repair disk online. Just download and burn it to a Cd on another computer. Be sure to the matching version (either 32 or 64 bit).
