Hello matt,
Did you have any EMCO Remote Registry Exporter?
I google something for you it shows that,
"Generally, networkscheduling.dll is failure mainly results from the computer virus or the accident deletion or uninstallation of software. Or there are too many useless files in the computer, leading to the incompatibility of the software"
