Hi Satish,
Have you checked if the drive is visible in Disk Management and in Device Manager? Check that and if the drive is missing, enter BIOS. If the drive is missing even in BIOS, you may be facing connectivity issue or drive failure. As others suggested, check the SATA and power cable, switch SATA ports and, if possible, check the drive on another PC.
