Hi Viraj Kedia,
You are saying that no buttons are working, so it is not possible to enter BIOS. Right? You may need to reset BIOS to its defaults. This can be done by removing the CMOS battery. I recommend you to check the laptop's manual and see if the CMOS battery is easy to reach.
Other possibility is that your hard drive is failing and that is why you can not boot. In this case I recommend you to remove the hard drive and connect it to another PC.
By any means, if your laptop has some warranty left, do not do anything before contacting the reseller.
