Last night I shut down my laptop And today it is not starting up. battery is showing charge full.
I had also tried your solution that remove the battery and power cord then press On button and hold for 45 seconds Bt the problem remains same.

Pl help me immediately.

Try to connect any external monitor to see whether it works or not.. try to remove your RAM and reseat it again..
