I would recommend you to disconnect the power cable and remove the battery. Hold the power button for 10 seconds, reconnect the power cable and try powering up. If the issue persists and the laptop has some warranty, contact the reseller. If the warranty has expired, you should contact a technician to check the laptop's motherboard and power port.
