I can get in to my yahoo mail changed country

Hello,
I am from Saudi Arabia, before I am in india, so I can access my id easily but now in Saudi I can't access and it always asking verification code, but the phone number india's not working here and the alternate mail id also have the same problem please help me with this issue or tell me how could I change my phone number without sign in.....
