My entire screen in huge

Hello, MY ENTIRE SCREEN IS HUGE I have a 1920 by 1080 vaio touch screen computer and I cant change it, I have been looking for answers but they all say the same thing and that doesn't work. It wont let me change the screen resolution please help me!!!
