My Wlan is working but cant get connected!

Hey guys yesterday i uninstalled many programs because my pc (HP Pavilion dv7-2100eg) and now everytime i want to go into Firefox or IE (isnt even starting - it's closing one second after starting!) it shows me that the Server is not found !
I tried the follwing things:
1) cmd:
Typed in everything that was suggested
still not working

2)deactivate Firewall and antivirus programs

3) diabled the ipv6 protocol

4)tried with safe Mode - still not working

5)i got the latest drivers for my wireless card from my mobile Phone (on my Phone Internet is working)

So i tried nearly everything but it is still not working ! I cant go into the Internet :-( any other solution?

I would do a system restore back to a time before you decided to go on an uninstallation spree and once you're back up and running again DONT TOUCH.

if you really have to touch then ask someone what you're uninstalling first.

I tried to go to the latest one but it says that its not working because some files can not be change and some error :-/

You must have some more restore points surely?
