Not enough memory to proceed explorer.exe?

Hello, i need a help for my pc. it had occur error than i dont know, the "explorer.exe" in my pc is working but cant access folder or file. its said that not enough memory to proceed "explorer.exe"
i have close any program in task manager, and still not working.
it happen after i installed pc cleaner pro.
please give me solution
