Hi Salim,
I recommend you to search for your drive in Disk Management. Does the drive appear and does it have a drive letter? If it does not appear, enter Device Manager and uninstall the device. It should be listed below USB devices. Restart the PC and plug the WD Elements back in. I would recommend you to check it with another USB cable and on another PC.
If the drive is visible in Disk Management, but without a drive letter, try to assign one.
