Can't connect to the Internet

Hey, guy and gals
So u had a virus attack so I started unis talking programs and killing process especially that made my computer slow. Then I went it explorer and started deleting files then I accidentally delete a file called hostname.example.microsoft.com (or in that nature) and I can't connect to the Internet through chrome but I can't find or get the file back what do I do?

Try this....go into chrome and select tools and load defaults.
