Cant log into my facebook or yahoo

Hello,
I cant log into my facebook because I forgot my password, so when I try to go reset my password on Facebook it gives me 2 options. Options 1 send to my email address or option 2 send to my phone number.. well, my problem with both of them is 1, I cant access my email because I forgot that and the password and 2, I cant send it to my phone because my phone is off.. so how can I get into my facebook to change the email address and phone number so that way I can send a request to the email and phone number
