Power cord

Hello,when i remove my power cord my laptop stays 4 or 5 sec in battery and it goes off.How should i fix it??

How old is the battery?
It's possible that the battery has failed or the battery power circuit has failed.
I suggest you find a local battery supplier where you can test a new battery before you buy.

hello.I bought my laptop new from asus q551ln 5 months ago!

Then returning the laptop for warranty service is your best option.

The problem is solved,Im not gonna return it because now i im in albania and i bought he laptop when i was in USA.I considered returning but i solved the problem.Thank you for your suggestions.
