Hello,
I got an Acer Switch 10 for my birthday and I can't turn it on. It let me set a username and password, but now when I turn it on with the charger plugged in all I get is a black screen that lets me move my mouse on it.
What do I do!?!?

Are you able to remove the battery?
If so then remove the battery
press power button for 48 sec
replace the battery
switch on the laptop
