Hi Anany,
Enter in Disk Management and check if the drive appears and how does it appear. Does it have a drive letter and the correct file format? If there is no drive letter, assign one. Are you trying to copy to another external device or to the internal hard drive? I recommend you to check the pen drive on another PC and check if the situation is the same.
