Hi Julgil,
As far as a understood, you have a flash drive which is not recognized in your PC and you need the data back. The drive appears in Disk Management but you can not assign letter because this option is not active. Correct? Try using the Diskpart command from the Command prompt. It should look like this:
Diskpart
List Volume
Select volume n ( n is the number of the drive)
Assign Letter =L (where L is any drive letter you like and is not in use)
Have you checked the drive in another PC?
