"No command!" message on start up!

My chinese's Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is locked. On start up, it shows and remains on this message and I have to press on "Reset" to put it off.

I rely on you!
Help me please!

Hi,

You are about to do a factory reset. Hold "volume down" and "power" button for few seconds and select "factory reset" on the displayed screen.

Note: you will lost your data...

the most important for me now is to get my tablet started. thank u for answering me.

Try 'volume up' and 'power' perhaps?
