My chinese's Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is locked. On start up, it shows and remains on this message and I have to press on "Reset" to put it off.

Hi,

You are about to do a factory reset. Hold "volume down" and "power" button for few seconds and select "factory reset" on the displayed screen.

Note: you will lost your data...
