Google password forgotten

My sister can't remember her Google password and she no longer has the phone number associated with the account. Also she doesn't remember the recovery email address off she included one. How can she reset her password if she can't get the code via text or an automated call. She is able to access her email on her phone but she just now got a laptop and wants to set it up on it. Please help.

On the other hand, if you have not used your Gmail account for over 30 days, it may have been deleted. You must then create a new one, insuring that you note your password and security question and store it a safe place, remembering where the safe place is.
