You could try out the tutorial suggested here: https://ccm.net/faq/4214-how-to-disable-write-protection-on-a-usb-key
Do you have any data you need to recover from that drive or you just want to be able to use it and reformat it?
If you don't need to recover data, then you could try some of the formatting tools, which some manufacturers offer for their USB flash drives and memory cards.
