My laptop display window media center and block other software

Hello,

my children play games on my laptop windows 7, I don't know what they touch, window media center popup and block other software from functioning, I have try to disable it but all to no avail. when I try to restore the system back to the earlier stage but the media will absorb it and display blue screen that the system has encounter error. please what should I do?

Hello JJ,
Try to enter into safe mode by tapping F8 key during startup and see whether the blue screen happens.. if so then go here...

Download the software and run it and paste the logs here
