Laptop not starting

Hello,
Yesterday i tried to turn on my laptop but it was not thrning on...even led was not glowing i tried to press the button for 15 20 sec without battery and cable but it didnt worked......i also tried to turn it on without battery with cable but nothing worked plz help me

Hi Bhupinder,

It is a good idea to press the power button for a few seconds, but since it did not work, I would recommend you to try with another power cable. If there is no change, consult a technician, because there may be a problem with the power port.

I have tried with another charger...nothing happens ...i want to tell that i used ups to charge the laptop after that this happened so is it power port that cause problem or what???

Unfortunately, it is possible that the power port has been damaged. You should bring the laptop to a technician in order to get specific troubleshooting steps.
