Start Here [ https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover ] and wait. Imagine if .01% of their users are having the same issue as you; where would your place in line be? Be Patient!

Log off your account on all devices, then let us know that you have done so. If you have made FB aware, then be patient, but start by loggin off all devices!
You say that 80% of your work is on fb, is it that work that has limited your access? Maybe FB thinks you are mining their DB and has stopped your access for actions that threat their network? I am curious as to how one can use FB for 80% of ones work, and not be using it for leads, or mining.
