I FORGOT MY PASSWORD TO MY COMPAQ WINDOWS 7

I can not even get to my start button at all, the pictures I have uploaded is what my computer goes straight to as soon as I power my computer on, and as soon as I get the password wrong twice I get the disabled notice.I have read everything I can pushed every button I have been told to push at start up and uploaded a reboot cd but it want run. I have even tried connecting to my other computer through USB but the Compaq isn't picking up the wifi signal when I do have the wifi on.( PLEASE HELP!!!)))

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can't prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
