Hello neknar,
Have made any changes to your system files lately? If you have a repair CD for Windows I suggest you to try restoring your boot files. Are you trying to boot your PC while there are external disk drives attached? If so, please remove any attached storage.
While booting, enter BIOS settings and change the boot priority to USB or CD-ROM and try to load Windows from there. If you have the option you might also want to try to repair your via multiboot USB stick for Linux.
