Hello, Need Help on following
1. Cursor goes missing and track pad doesn't work at all. It comes on its own after few hours. Don't know how to handle this. Tried FN+F5 but no use, even re started the laptop doesn't work.
2. Lot of Ads, Malware whenever I watch movie or play Online game. Speed very slow because of this. Pl let me know how to improve the performance & get rid of this

For the track pad issue I suggest you try using a USB Mouse.
For the malware I suggest you try the free version of Malwarebytes. Just Google the name of a download location.
