Problems getting hdmi to work

Hello, I took my hdmi out of my Xbox plugged it in to my ps3 and when it goes through the 30 second thing I accidently hit no and when I go to settings and change it and I press yes it reverts back to non HD

Never mind all I had to do was restore it
