My keyboard writes like t.lht.lies' (this)

Hello,

Unless I use on-screen keyboard it writes like this. I will show you this exact sentence with my actual keyboard.

For some reason whenever I try capitel letters my pc goes on standby. I have already tried language settings.

I suggest you try an external USB keyboard. If the external works OK then you will need to replace the internal keyboard.
